Partnerships & Proposals
Illuminations supports arts and culture programming for undergraduates across campus. As the campus reopens, we are issuing a special call for faculty-initiated proposals for events in Winter and Spring, 2022. Deadline: Friday, October 1, 2021.
Please feel free to contact Julia Lupton, email@example.com, for information.
Meet the Authors:
This year’s author series contributes to the campuswide humanities theme, “For a more perfect union?” and also supports conversations across UCI about wisdom in the world. Our 2021-22 writers address what it means to be an American and world citizen today, working for change and imagining a better future in relation to a complex past composed of multiple legacies whose meanings continue to be reshaped and reevaluated. We are pleased to host two Poets Laureate and two Pulitzer Prize winners as well as MacArthur and Guggenheim Fellows.
