Andrea, Peter and Jess will discuss Basic Needs and UCI, and the evolution of the FRESH Hub, including who they serve, services/support/resources offered, community impact.  Peter and Jess will provide a food demonstation along with preparation of several easy rotisseried chicken and vegetable meals.
