Illustrated lecture and concert in honor of Shakespeare's birthday

Featuring Malcolm Warner (Laguna Art Museum), Robin Buck (UCI Drama), and Julia Lupton (UCI English). Virginia Kirsch will accompany on the piano.

Known for his versatility as a singer and actor, Laguna Beach native Robin Buck has performed opera, musical theatre, and theatre with major companies throughout the U.S. and Europe. Favorite roles include The Phantom of the Opera, Sweeney Todd, Cecil B. Demille in Sunset Boulevard, Big Daddy in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Leon Klinghoffer in The Death of Klinghoffer, and Voltaire/ Pangloss in Candide. Buck is a Professor of Drama at U.C. Irvine.
