James A. Steintrager, Professor of English School of Humanities, has a special place in his heart for foraging. Explore the local wild foods in our region, and how to use them in your everyday cooking.  Professor James will share his worldly culinary insect endeavors with the group. A light dinner will be provided, and participants will join together and make a cricket flour dessert!
